Build the Work
You Want to Sign
LeLuxe Tech is a small, fast-moving technology company building websites, mobile apps, AI software, and games for people who expect more than a template. If that sounds like how you want to spend your time, we should talk.
Why LeLuxe Tech
What it actually looks like to work here.
Craft Over Volume
We ship work we are willing to put our name on. Nothing leaves here half-finished, and nobody is asked to pretend otherwise.
No Layers
A small team where your work is visible and yours. You will not route an idea through four people to get an answer — you will ask the founder.
Remote by Default
We hire for what people can do, not where they can sit. Set your own hours and your own pace — we measure output, not attendance.
Room to Grow
We are expanding across web, mobile, AI, and games. People who join early get the range and the responsibility that comes with that.
Open Roles
A limited number of seats, filled deliberately. Every role listed here is one we are actively hiring for right now.
Engineering, design, and support roles will open as we grow. If you are excellent and we are not advertising your role yet, introduce yourself anyway.
How We Hire
Five steps. No disappearing for three weeks between them.
Apply
Send us your details and a note on why this role in particular. Five minutes, not an hour.
Conversation
A thirty-minute call with our founder — not a recruiter. Mostly us listening to how you think about the work.
Walkthrough
You show us how you would approach a real problem in the role. No trick questions, no whiteboard theatre.
Offer
A written offer with the terms stated plainly. You reply yes with the date you can start, and nothing is set up before that.
Start
A clear offer, everything you need to do the job, and real work inside of a week. No three-month runway before you matter.
Think You're a Fit?
We would rather hear from one person who read this whole page than fifty who skimmed it. Tell us which role and why, and we will read every word.
